Shipping/Return/Deliver

Shipping, returns and delivery:

  • Classic Curves uses the Australia Post network for all orders.
  • For orders we charge a flat rate of $10.00 no matter how many items you purchase. Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $12.00 on any orders regardless of the weight – the balance is paid by us.
  • Orders are posted within 24 hours of order and payment being made.
  • We will gladly accept the return of new, unused and undamaged goods with 14 days of delivery date. Please use the contact us email with your concerns and or reasons for wanting to return your purchase before sending it back.
  • All return goods must be in their original condition and garment packaging with tags attached and in some sort of folded manner or return may not be honored. We will refund your purchase price of the goods less the postage you paid.
  • Non- refundable items include worn clothing or clothing without original tags attached and items from any clearance sale.
  • You will receive via sms or messenger, a parcel tracking number once your order has been sent. Please ensure that you supply your correct delivery details at the time of ordering. Extra costs may be incurred if your order is return to us due to errors with your delivery details.

Privacy and security:

  • At Classic Curves we respect your privacy and do not pass on or sell your email address or details to any third party company or survey groups. Your email will be added to our own data base so we can keep you updated of any new stock items.

Payments:

  • We ensure that your transactions are safe so we never tore or save any credit card details on our site. We are registered with Pay Pal.
  • At Classic Curves – we only purchase brand new from reputable suppliers and manufacturers who only sell original products. We prefer to stock Australia owned fashion brands using natural breathable fibres.
